PRATT, Johnathan - L.H. McGill, S.M. Elliott, J.A. Rice, W.D. Mauck and W. S. Floyd, attorneys of Bentonville, and D.L. Palmer, an attorney from Jewell, Kan. were all engaged before the Probate court Wednesday in the estate of Johnathan Pratt, dec'd, each one representing different heirs. It is a muchly mixed up estate. A man was at one time adm'r whose name was Wantland. He died and now Mr. R.S. Morris of Siloam Springs has been appointed adm'r. Several hundred dollars are involved.
