Louis Harvey Fisher son of Needham Alexander Fisher and Mary J (Harvell) Fisher. Una Abla (Shaver) Fisher daughter of James William Shaver and Elizabeth "Bettie" C (Dunn) Shaver. Una Fisher was born in Crittenden County, Arkansas. Death was in Melbourne, Izard County, Arkansas. Harvey was born in Izard County and died in Batesville, Independence County, Arkansas.
