Hershel Lee Groves, 60, of Corning died Saturday, July 26, at his residence.
Born at Corning, he was a factory worker.
Survivors include a son, Randy Groves of St. Louis; a stepdaughter, Pamela Strebler of Harrison; two sisters, Virginia Bentley of Hillsboro, Mo., and Aline Hollis of Corning; a brother, Thomas Groves of Cuba, Mo.; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Groves and Audrey Maryetta McCann Burnett, two brothers and a sister.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Ermert Funeral Home of Corning, with Billy Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Richwoods Cemetery at Corning.
Visitation will be from noon-2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
