HOVIS FUNERAL SERVICE
Funeral services for Mrs. Ada F. Hovis, resident of 104 East Second Street, were conducted December 24, 1975 in the Russell-Ermert Chapel by Reverend Grant Robinson.
Mrs. Hovis was 80 years old, having been born May 1, 1895 in Wilmer, Texas. She was a retired hospital employee and moved to the Corning area from Texas 32 years ago. She died of sudden heart failure while shopping at the Corning Food Market on December 23, 1975.
She is survived by her husband, Walter G. Hovis.
