Leroy Craig, age 80, of Lake Village, died Friday, October 5, 2012, at his home. He was born April 20, 1932 to Buster and Eula Mae Craig and was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War, a deacon and member of Bayou Mason Baptist Church and a member of Gideons International. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Craig, his parents Buster and Eula Mae Craig and by a grandson, Will Craig. Survivors are 4 sons, Brian Craig and Keith Craig, both of Lake Village and Clinton Craig and Richard Carroll, both of Monroe, Louisiana; a brother, Eugene Craig of Lake Village, 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Cremation was his final wishes and there will be a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 13, 2012, at Bayou Mason Baptist Church with Bro. Ken Johnson officiating. Arrangements are by Bishop Funeral Home of Lake Village. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gideons International or Bayou Mason Cemetery Association.
