Dorean Tyler Provance, 84, died Thursday (Feb. 14, 2008) at St. Andrews Nursing Home at Conway.
She was born April 4, 1923, in Quitman to the late Oliver and Ada Rice Tyler.
Provance retired from General Motors in Flint, Mich.
She is preceded in death by her husband Byron Provance; her daughter Patsy Fenton and her son Eddie Provance; parents Oliver and Ada Rice Tyler; six brothers, Floyd, Dub, Raymon, Gordon, Fred and Ezra Tyler; two sisters Madaline Tyler Cooper and Feby Tyler Dowland.
She is survived by three sisters, Ilene Tyler Sneed of Heber Springs, Muriel Tyler Ogdon of Sherwood, Fern Tyler Corbitt of Conway and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today in Flat Rock Cemetery North of Quitman
