Ruth R. Andersen
HINDSVILLE — Ruth Rebecca Andersen, 102, of Hindsville died Aug. 30, 2006, at her home. She was born June 29,1904, in Decatur County, Iowa, to Lewis and Cora Knott Johnson. She had lived in the area for 47 Years, moving from Minnesota. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and enjoyed making quilts.
Survivors include her children, Wayne Andersen of Mount Dora, Fla., Janice Foster of Mountain Grove,
Mo., Dean Andersen of Baxter, Minn., Floyd Andersen of Redlands, Calif., Shirley Peterson of Kansas, Okla., Ivan Andersen of Hindsville, Larrie Andersen of Gentry; 23 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Springdale
Seventh-day Adventist church with Sam Whatley officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship
Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. today at Sisco Chapel in Springdale The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Mark Andersen, Tony Andersen, Doug Peterson, Carl Andersen, Roy Andersen and Rob Foster.
Memorials may be made to the Springdale Seventh-day Adventist Church School, 4001 Oakdawn Drive, Springdale, 72762.
