Fred Thomas Smith, Jr., age 58, of Warren died Friday, December 15 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.
Born April 12, 1937 in Ruston, LA, he was a retired chemical engineer and a member of First United Methodist Church in Warren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Thomas Smith, Sr.
Survivors are a wife, Icylene Mary Hansen Smith; 1 daughter, Mina Lee Smith of Madison, Wisconsin; his mother, Ruby Smith of Warren; 2 stepsons, Randy Maust of San Felipe, TX, Anthony Thomas Bazile of Houston, TX; 2 stepdaughters, Kathryne Maust of Batton Rouge, LA and Gina Emerson of Houston, TX and 8 grandchildren.
Funeral services were 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 17, at the First United Methodist Church by Rev. David Steele and Father Dan Dorsey.
Mary Lou Martin was the organist.
Burial was in Oakland Cemetery by Frazer's Funeral Home.
