Woodrow Wilson Gann

SILOAM SPRINGS — Woodrow Wilson "Chief" Gann, 87, of Siloam Springs died May 23, 2000, at Siloam Springs Memorial Hospital. He was born Nov. 18, 1912, in Stilwell, Okla., to Joe and Katie Livers Gann. He had been a resident of Siloam Springs for 54 years. He was retired from Pet Milk Corp., and was a member of First Baptist Church and Key Lodge 7 F&AM. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Minnie Mae Watkins Gann, to whom he was married Jan. 6, 1942; two daughters and sons-in-law, M. Marie Carte and Ron of Edmond, Okla., and Wenona Studards and Terry of Siloam Springs; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sally Hopkins of Delores, Colo., Jo Anna Christian and Billie Gritts, both of Hominy, Okla.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at First Baptist Church in Siloam Springs with Dr. Steve Abbott and Gordon Smith officiating.

Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. today at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.

Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Building Fund.
