Ellis Foster
ELKINS — Ellis Foster, 80, of Elkins died March 20, 2000, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 16, 1920, in Durham to John and Maggie Fritts Foster. He was retired from the Fayetteville Street Department.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Mae Faddis Foster; one daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Elaine Watkins and Donnie of Japton; four grandchildren, Justin Wade and Bianca, Joseph, and Amanda Watkins; one brother, Bill D. Foster of Farmington.
Cremation was by Moore 's Chapel in Fayetteville. Memorial services will be held later.
