William Franklin (Frank) Wiggins was raise by his foster mother Mandy Wiggins after both of his parents had died, the thought their surname was Wright, and took their name to be his own. He married Lillie Mae Winford July 19, 1899 in Crawford Co., AR. They had 7 children 2 died young, Martha and another name unknown. They had 2 daughters Gladys S Donham and Lillian F Hall and 3 sons Leo Franklin, Alfonso Jack and Jim (birth name Faye Travis) Wiggins

Lillie was the d/o Green Winford and Delitha Hays Winford. She married William Franklin Wiggins on the 19th of July 1899 in Crawford Co., AR. They had two living daughters Lillian F Autry and Gladys S Donham, and Three sons Leo Franklin, Alfonso Jack and Jim (birth name Faye Travis) Wiggins.
