Icie I. Erwin
SPRINGDALE — Icie I. Erwin, 96, of Springdale died Sept. 17, 2004, in Springdale. She was born Dec. 20, 1907, in Springdale to Talmer and Florence Stanfill Barnwell. She enjoyed gardening and her family. She was a homemaker and a cook and a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Sprirgdale. She was preceded in death by a son, a daughter and her husband, Dale Erwin.
Survivers include one grandson, Ray Erwin of Bella Vista; five granddaughters, Gloria Phillips of Nob Hill, Patricia Daniels of Mulberry, Nina Guess of Fayetteville, Misty Ralston of Greenwood and Janette Erwin of Bentonville; two sisters; Faye Finley of Springdale and Vaye Cox of Fayetteville; one brother, Verdon Barnwell of Warren, Ore.; 11 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren and one stepgreat-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Friendship Cemetery with the Rev. Earl Baker officiating.
