Olin SHAFER, 70, of Roland died Friday, Jan 26, 2001, at his home. Funeral services were held at 2 pm Monday at the Zion Missionary Baptist Church, with the Revs Tom Patterson and Bill Henry officiating. Burial was in Dora Cemetery in Dora, Ark, under the direction of Lewis Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr SHAFER was born July 20, 1930, in Dora, to Ernest and Charlice (MONGOLD) SHAFER. Survivors include his wife, Ann of the home; one son, Rick; extended family he helped raise, Marilyn, Debra, and Terra; one grandchild; one foster sister, Linda; and two foster brothers, Benny and Tommy. Mr SHAFER was preceded in death by his parents.
