1st wife of Dr Peter Snider....
“Grave Lost 2 Mile North”
This is a cenotaph. She was actually buried 2 miles north in Sims Cemetery, near the Illinois Bayou, off of Gunter Mountain Lane which dead ends at a cattle gate not far from the Bayou. Although some used to say she was in Van Zandt Cemetery. The two “were close together.... Her grave is unmarked. This memorial is here because her husband and his second wife are to the left of her. All three are obvious new replacement stones. Mother of Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Snider Ross, Daughter of John M Agnew and Abbey Ashby. She and her parents were born in KY.
