Jacob Rufus Darling Cossey is the father to James Luther Darling Cossey. Jacob's parents are Conrad Rice Cossey and Sara Jane Unknown. His step-mother is Sarah F. "Fannie" Dawson. Jacob married Martha Jane Dawson. Martha Jane was born 18 Nov.1872 and died 17 Jan.1956, and was also buried in Bethel Cemetary; Gainsboro. They had 10 children.
