February 25, 1930 - April 21, 2010
Lavell Moquett Buckelew of Liberty, Okla., passed from this life with Christ on April 21, 2010, at home, having obtained the age of 80 years. She was a retired inspector for Whirlpool Corp., and she was of the Assembly of God Faith.She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-laws, Gyndalee and Sam Wheat of Buena Vista, Colo., Beverlee and Dee Asbill of Liberty and Debbie and Ty Clark of Dora; two sisters, Audra and husband Dutton Clark of Blanchard, Okla., and Janice Burton of Modesto, Calif; one brother and sister-in-law, Norman and Pat Moquett of Dora; 13 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; her pastors, Charles and Chrissy Phillips of Victory Temple Church in Roland; and a host of nieces and nephews, church family and neighbors.She is preceded in death and by her husband, Roscoe Lee Buckelew; a son, Stephen Buckelew; her parents, Pirl and Cornelious Moquett; a sister, Agnes Haynes; and 2 brothers-in-law, Clarence Haynes and Truitt Burton, all whom awaited her homecoming in heaven.Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Victory Temple of Roland with burial to follow at Dora Cemetery, all under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home.
