Dora Etta Polk Turner, age 90, of Warren, Arkansas died Sunday, July 17, at Wagnon Place Nursing Home. She was born December 26, 1914 at Coleman, Arkansas a daughter of the late Thomas Polk and Martha Scott Polk. She was a 65 year member and Sunday school teacher of First Baptist Church, worked as personal aid for Stella Fullerton a homemaker, a housewife and a seamstress. She was a member of the Warren Home Demonstration Club and the Bradley County Extension Service. Surviving is her husband Joe Bob Turner whom she married on December 31, 1938 at Warren, Ark; a daughter Martha Anne Chronister and spouse Hal, Benton, Ark; 2 grandchildren Joey Chronister and spouse Jennifer, Bauxite, Ark. and Gena Anne Davis and spouse Tommy, Mobile, Ala; 6 great grandchildren Haley Chronister and Hunter Chronister both of Benton, Ark, McKenzie Goldman, Bauxite, Ark, Turner Davis, Julia Davis and Emily Davis all of Mobile, Ala. 2 brothers John Polk and Lee Robert Polk and a sister Hazel Polk Hargrave also preceded her in death. Active pallbearers were Joey Chronister, Tommy Davis, Turner Davis, Hunter Chronister, Mickey Hargrave and Bobby Kimsey. Honorary pallbearers were Billy Bob Hoyle, Austin Williams, Norman Polk, Gregg Reep, Marty Reep and Clifford Clayton.
