Luanna Bauschlicher, 81, of Corning, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, at home.
Mrs. Bauschlicher was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, church activities, cooking, crossword puzzles, gardening and yard work. She was a member of Farm Bureau Women's Committee and Corning Harvest Festival Committee. She was also a member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Corning where she taught Sunday school for more than 40 years and served the church in many other capacities.
On Oct. 18, 1953, she married Eugene Bauschlicher. They were married 53 years when he preceded her in death on Nov. 20, 2006.
Survivors are a son, David (Lynn) Bauschlicher of Corning; a brother, Jerry Fischer of Rose Bud, Ill.; two grandsons, Chris Bauschlicher and Will (Olivia) Bauschlicher, both of Corning; a great-grand-child, Macy Bauschlicher; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, William and Emily Mueller Fischer, and siblings, Linda McCaffrey, Wayne and Herbert Fischer.
Burial was in Corning Cemetery under the direction of Ermert Funeral Home of Corning.
