Located on Hwy 309 between Havana and the summit of Mt Magazine, Ark. On top of a stone outcrop in a sharp left turn, about 1/2 mile from Petit Jean Valley Lookout.
Inscription: Contained in this monument are the cremains of James W Hardy Civil Engineer who located the highway from Havana, Ark to Mt Magazine
