CONFARR, Lizzie MILLER - Mrs. Lizzie Confarr, wife of H.O. Confarr, died at the family home on West Eleventh street in Bentonville early Sunday morning, September 11, 1927 at the age of seventy years. She had been ill but about one week. Funeral services were held at the Presbyterian church Monday afternoon, the services being conducted by her pastor, Rev. A.W. Henderson. The funeral was largely attended and the floral offerings many and beautiful. Burial was made in the City Cemetery following the services. Lizzie Miller Confarr was born in Selma, Ohio in 1857 where she grew to womanhood and received her education. She took up teaching as a profession and taught in York county, Nebraska for twenty—two years. She afterwards returned to her Ohio home and in 1915 came to Bentonville where she was married to H.O. Confarr whom she had known since girlhood. Besides her husband she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Abida Reed of Los Angeles, Calif.
