The Batesville Guard, Batesville, Arkansas, December 11, 1952:
Mrs. Mollie Walker, aged 54, of Route 3, Batesville, Independence County died Monday at her home. She was born in Izard County and was a lifelong Arkansas resident.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Walker; four sons, Kenneth Ruminer, Vaughn Ruminer, George Walker, and Boyce Walker, all of Batesville; four daughters, Mrs. Zelda Haddock of Mt. Pleasant, Miss Ruby Ruminer of Batesville, Miss Joyce Walker of Batesville, and Mrs. Euvene Weber of Watertown, Wis.; one brother, Luther Walker of Batesville, and five sisters, Mrs. Ovella Craig, Mrs. Ella Craig, Mrs. Oda Bramlett, and Misses Virgie and Thelma Walker, all of Mt. Pleasant.
Burial was in Lewis Cemetery.
