W. O. Chappell, Mt. Pleasant, Dies
William Owen Chappell passed away Monday, June 13, at the age of 84 years, 10 months, and 13 days. He was born near Mt. Pleasant and had lived there most of his life. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Blue Church. He is survived by one son, W. R. Chappell and two grandchildren of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and one sister, Mrs. Alice G. Mack of Tuckerman; three nieces and seven nephews and many friends and other relatives. The services were in the Presbyterian Church at Sidney on Wednesday at 2 p.m. Rev. Loyd Conyers officiated. Burial was at the Lewis Cemetery with McGee Funeral Home of Cave City in charge of the arrangements.
