Denzil R. “Dink” Wilkerson, 94, of Beebe, Arkansas, died Sunday, September 6, 2009. He was born September 23, 1914, at Ash Hill, Missouri to the late Thomas and Effie Wilkerson. He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva “JuJu” and nine brothers. Survivors include a stepdaughter, Becky Short (Jim) of Beebe; a stepson, Col. (Ret.) Charles Henry (Chris) of Sherwood; four step-grandchildren; a sister, Ila Fay Born of Searcy; and a host of nieces and nephews.
