E. G. (Gip) Garner, aged 80, died Tuesday night in Warner Brown Hospital in El Dorado. He was a life long resident of Camden, but had made his home in Crossett for the past few years. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Mr. Garner is survived by his wife of Crossett; one daughter, Mrs. Rex Warnock and one son, Herbert Garner, both of Camden, one brother, Jesse Garner of Camden and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday morning at the Church of Christ in Crossett at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery of Camden at 1 p.m. Jones Funeral Home of Crossett is in charge of arrangements.
