Funeral services of Claude C. Edwards will be held at 2 p.m. today at Proctor's chapel by Rev. E. W. Hargett of El Dorado. Burial will follow in Greenwood cemetery with Proctor's in charge. Mr. Edwards, Carnes Park caretaker, died suddenly Friday of a heart attack. Active pallbearers are Luther Arnold, C. C. Counts, Ernest Johnson, Lloyd Pennington, O. L. Fietrich, and Henry Weeks. Honorary pallbearers will be James F. Smith, P. E. Edwards, Frank Dixon, C. E. Grabert, Jr., W. C. Wallace, George Smith, Jr., Milas Reynolds and Ed Pace. (Camden News - May 14, 1950)
