SILOAM SPRINGS — Eddie Earl Lykins, 51, of Siloam Springs died July 12, 2008, at the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born April 16, 1957, in Tulsa, Okla., to Carl Lee and Olivia Dunlap Lykins.
He was a plumber.
Survivors include his wife, Grace; a son, Eric Wayne Lykins of Muskogee, Okla.; three daughters, Christy Lynn Phifer of Watts, Okla., Amber Marie Batterson of Coweta, Okla., and Raven Michelle Lykins of Watts; two sisters, Sharon Kay Lykins of Watts and Shirley Jean Bridgeforth of Fresno, Calif.; his father and wife, Carl Lee and Martha Lykins of Watts; his mother, Olivia Mitchell of Watts; and 20 grandchildren.
Cremation and arrangements are under the direction of the Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at wassonfuneralhome.com.
