May 22, 1849 - February 14, 1922
Camden, Feb. 17 - Mrs. Mary Forcht, aged 72, died at the home of her daughter in Gurdon yesterday morning. She was the mother of Mrs. E. W. Copeland and Mrs. A Davison of this city. Mrs. Forcht and her husband were among the builders of Sparkman, a town on the Rock Island, north of Camden. The body was brought here for burial. (Arkansas Gazette - February 17, 1922)
