Billy Joe Jenks
MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Billy Joe Jenks, 68, of Muskogee died March 17, 2005, at St John's Medical Center in Tulsa, Okla. He was born April 18, 1936, in Gentry to Albert R. and Edith Willa Medley Jenks. He had lived in the Muskogee area since 1998, moving from Siloam Springs. He was a maintenance supervisor for the Siloam Springs School District and was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing and yard work. He was a member of Falling Creek Baptist Church in Richmond, Va. He was preceded in death by his wife, Leona Jones Jenks, in 1996.
Survivors include one brother, Dennis Leo Jenks and wife Violet of Muskogee; two sisters, Louise Cowden of Locust Grove, Okla, and Faye Ricketts of Tulsa, Okla.
