Martha Elizabeth Parr
TULSA, Okla. - Martha Elizabeth Parr, 93, of Tulsa, Okla. died Oct. 17, 2010, at her home. She was born Nov. 13, 1916, in Monett, Mo., to Thomas Lloyd and Sara Dorcas Cox Reed.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Parr; one son, Mike Parr; and three brothers, Harold Reed, Kenneth Reed and Ivan Reed.
Survivors include one daughter, Jane Ann Boyd of Tulsa; one sister, Grace Brown of Springdale; one brother, Allan Reed of Fritch, Texas; three grandchildren, Scott Boyd, Todd Boyd and his wife, Carmen and Kristel Boyd-Jennings; three great-grandchildren, Nathan, Alexandra and Dylan Boyd; numerous nieces, nephews and family members.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. today, Oct. 20, at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m. at Luginbuel Chapel. Roger Staub will officiate.
Burial will be in Reese Cemetery near Prairie Grove. There will be no graveside services held at the cemetery.
