Sharon Rose Holland Inman, 71, of Arkansas City, Arkansas left this earth on May 29, 2012 to be with her Heavenly Father. She was born in Carlisle, Arkansas on December 14, 1940 to Reverend Herston Holland and Marie Belk Holland.
Mrs. Inman graduated from Central High School in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1958. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Education from Henderson State University in 1962. She was a retired school teacher, loving wife and mother. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in McGehee, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother Clarice Holland, two brothers, Bobby Holland and Kenneth Holland. Mrs. Inman is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ralph "Sonny" Inman, Jr., two sons Eric Inman of Arkansas City, Arkansas and Darrin (Janet) Inman of McGehee, Arkansas, and one grandson Bailey Inman.
Funeral service will be held 11:00am Friday, June 1, 2012 at Arkansas City Baptist Church in Arkansas City with Rev. Jody Gannaway and Rev. Love Loftis officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday May 31, 2012 from 6 to 8pm at Griffin-Culpepper Funeral Service in McGehee. Burial will follow at McGehee Cemetery.

Laura Lee Inman,92,of Arkansas City died Saturday at Chicot Memorial Hospital at Lake Village.She was born April 23rd,1914,at Arkansas City,a daughter of the late Carl and Laura Ella Turner.She was a member of Arkansas City Baptist Church for 81 years.Survivors include one daughter,Evelyn Inman Kreth of Little Rock;one son,Ralph"Sonny"Inman Jr.,of Arkansas City;six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.She was also preceded in death by her husband,Ralph Inman Sr.,one sister;Lena Mae Miller;and one brother,George Carl Turner.Funeral Services will be at 2p.m.Wednesday at Arkansas City Baptist Church with the Rev.Cornelia DeLee and Ernest McElroy officiating.Burial will be in McGehee Cemetery by Griffin Funeral Service of McGehee.Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to the Arkansas City Baptist Church or to the Union Rescue Mission of Little Rock,P.O.
