MACKEY, Mollie J. - Mrs. Mollie J. Mackey of Bentonville died in the Miss Maude Young hospital at 8:20 a.m. on Monday, April 28, 1930 following an operation. Mrs. Mackey was 63 years of age at the time of her death. She had been a resident of Benton County 25 years and moved to Bentonville 15 years ago. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. R.S. Hayden at the Methodist Episcopal Church, South Tuesday afternoon with burial in the Bentonville cemetery. Mrs. W.W. Sikes of Rogers is the only surviving relative.

Mrs. Mackey was born in Tennessee April 6, 1867 where her girlhood days were spent. She came to this county about 25 years ago and had lived in Bentonville 15 years. Funeral services were held at the M.E. Church, South Tuesday afternoon, the Rev, R.S. Hayden conducting the services. Burial was made in the City Cemetery. A daughter, Mrs. W.W. Sikes of Rogers, survives her.
