Calico Rock Progress, Calico Rock, Arkansas, June 8, 1923:
Died in Little Rock
Miss Susie Gilliland, who has been confined in the State Hospital for Nervous Diseases at Little Rock for treatment for a month or more, died at that place Wednesday. The remains are expected to arrive here today and will be taken to the home of the deceased near Wideman. Deceased was about 30 years of age.
