Billie Floyd "Papaw" Talley, age 56, of Houston, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, September 12, 2007. He was born February 2, 1951 in Bigelow, Arkansas, a son of Anderson Talley and Bessie Ann Cothern Talley. He was the widower of Nancy Rose Talley, a retired rock crusher and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by three sons, Mark Williams of Houston; William Williams of Springfield, and Othel Leon Williams of Casa; three daughters, Ann Burnett of Houston; Nancy Talley of Danville, and Mary Jane Brand of Perryville. Three brothers, James Talley of Little Rock; Roy Talley of Russellville, and Ed Talley of Kansas City, Missouri; twenty three grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 15, at Vollman Cemetery in Bigelow with Bro. Dusty Day officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home. Arrangements by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton.
