Richard Julian at Home Near Oxford
Richard Julian aged 67 of near Oxford died unexpectedly at his home. Wednesday, May 2, following a heart attack.
Funeral services were held at Oxford Sunday.
Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Mrs. Mamie Stroud of Granite, Okla.; one son, Boyce Julian of Carlton, Wash.; five sisters, Mrs. Nellie Gilliland and Mrs. Mary Julian of Oxford, Mrs. Jessie Davis of Byron, Mrs. Franics Lackey of Strawberry, Mrs. Beckie Dobson of Manila, Ark., and one brother, William Julian of Oxford; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Richard Julian Dies Wednesday
Richard Julian died at his home in Oxford Wednesday, May 2 at the age of 66. He was a member of the Campground Methodist Church. For many years he delivered the mail on the Oxford-Wideman route.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Hattie Julian, a daughter, Mrs. Mamie Stroud of Granite, Okla., one son Boyce Julian of Carlton, Wash., five sisters, Mrs. Nellie Gilliland and Mrs. Mary Julian both of Oxford, Mrs. Jessie Davis of Byron, Mrs. Frances Lackey of Strawberry, Mrs. Beckie Dobbs of Manila and one brother William Julian of Oxford; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Oxford.
