Lenro Rockford Bolin is the son of William Robert and Janie (Eddings) Bolin. He was a lifelong resident of Newton county and spent the last 12 years of his life living with his youngest daughter, Diana Jones. Lenro was of the Pentecostal faith. He passed away on Friday at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison, Arkansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Walcie (Flud) Bolin, second wife, Neva (Cox) Bolin, a son, Leeroy B. Bolin, two brothers, Calvin and Melvin Bolin, six sisters, Ella Smith, Verna Smith, Della Eddings, Zadie Bolin, Pearlie Riddell and Xenia Criner, three grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Surviving him is a son, Troy Bolin of Hasty, Arkansas, five daughters, Vecil Middleton of Stotts Ciry Missouri, Annie Campbell of Vendor, Arkansas, Edith Campbell of Hasty, Arkansas, Vela Campbell and Diana Jones, both of Jasper, Arkansas, 29 grandchildren, 82 great grandchildren, and 58 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were at 2 pm Monday, December 3, at the Piercetown Holiness Church with Charles Christian officiating. Burial was in the Smith Cemetery at Vendor under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Jasper. Pallbearers were Eric Campbell, Clifford Campbell, Sheldon Bolin, Roger Campbell, Randall Middleton and Billy Campbell. Honorary pallbearers were Kyle Campbell and other grandsons.
