Bentonvilie - Lucius Hilton Lay, 67, of Vaughn, died Saturday in the Rogers hospital. Born March 16, 1901 at Charleston, Miss. the son of E. L. and Mamie Lay, he was retired from the Beatrice Food Co. and was a Presbyterian and a Mason.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Josephine Slocum Lay of the home and one sister, Mrs. Martin Johnson of Fayetteville.
Funeral service was to be at 2 p.m today at the Callison-McKinney Funeral Chapel with burial in Bentonville Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.
