W.J. "Dub" Reeves, 65, of Bentonville, died Tuesday, May 16, 1995, at his home. Born Dec. 26, 1929, at Lamesa, Texas, the son of William Jordan Reeves and Hattie McDaniel Reeves, he served with Battery C of the 936rd Field Artillery of the Arkansas National Guard in the Korean War. He graduated from Rogers High School and attended the East 102 Church of Christ.

Survivors are his wife, Patsy Jean Reeves of the home; a brother, Randall Reeves of Pal Cedro, Calif.; two sisters; Lethadell Deason and Mozelle Litterell, both of Rogers.

Funeral is at 10 a.m. Friday at the East 102 Church of Christ, with Jarrell Kay officiating. Burial is in the Bentonville Cemetery. Visitation is from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Bentonville. Memorials may be made to the East 102 Church of Christ.

BENTONVILLE — Patsy Yates Reeves, 85, of Bentonville, Ark., died Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015. She was born in Bentonville on June 24, 1930, to Florence and Floyd M. Yates.

She grew up and attended school in Bentonville. She went to work when she was 13 at the Massey Hotel coffee shop and worked for the Bentonville telephone company from 1948 to 1949.

She married W.J. Reeves of Rogers in 1949 and moved to Wyoming. They lived in various places until 1959, when they moved to Houston, Texas, for 25 years. She transferred back to Fayetteville and continued work for Apac until she retired in 1993. They moved back to Bentonville in 1994.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, sisters; Mildred Woodruff of Rogers, Fern Banks, Norma Craig, Flora Scoggins, her brother, A.J. Yates all of Bentonville, and sister, Mary Katherine Pilot of New Orleans. She is survived by her nephew, David Scoggins of Powell, Mo.; nieces, Jo Bennett of Phoenix, Ariz., and Sue Robb of Springfield, Mo., and many great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 4 until 6 p.m., Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services in Rogers. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Oct. 24, 2015, at the Downtown Church of Christ in Rogers. Burial will follow at the Bentonville Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Stockdale-Moody Funeral Services of Rogers. Words of comfort or memories may be shared at stockdalefuneral.com.
