Chadwick Dustin Stevens, 16 of Bigelow, born Feb. 9, 1993, in Little Rock, went home Feb. 24, 2009.
He is survived by parents Johnny Stevens of Little Rock and Katherine Smith Stevens of Bigelow; siblings Lucas Guster, Kristy Ratliff, Ashley Trice, Skye Stevens and Star Stevens; and his favorite and only little nephew, Drake Ratliff.
Chad is one in a million. He is the greatest son, brother, uncle, friend and so much more. Chad was loved so much by everyone who was blessed enough to be part of his life and he will be missed dearly.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Soul's Anchor Church in Bigelow, with burial following at Wye Mountain Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon until service time at the church.
