PORTLAND, Ore. — Wilton L. Wiley, 79, of Portland died Oct. 11, 2008, at Medford. He was born Nov. 12, 1924, in Portland to Albert Merle and Lydia Thompson Willey.

He was a former resident of Lincoln. He was a member of Lincoln Freewill Baptist Church and a graduate of a high school in Coquille, Ore. He was a veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He enjoyed playing violin.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Flora Willey, on March 8, 2004.

Survivors include his half brother, Tom P. Ferry of North Bend, Ore.; nephews, Norman Ferry of Olympia, Wash., Brian Ferry of Redmond, Ore., Mark Ferry of Forest Grove, Ore., and Ivan Marion of Lincoln.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove with David Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Dutch Mills Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Lincoln Senior Center,
115 E. Parks, Lincoln, 72744.

LINCOLN — Flora Willey, 80, of Lincoln died March 8, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Feb. 29, 1924, in Dutch Mills to Henry and Gertha Fults. She was a member of Lincoln Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Wilton Wiley of the home; one sister, Lois Storm of Lincoln; one nephew, Ivan Marion of Lincoln.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Luginbuel Funeral Home in Prairie Grove with David Johnson officiating.

Burial will be in Dutch Mills Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Lincoln Senior Center, Lincoln, 72744.
