Donald Weiss, 94, of Perryville, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2012. He was born August 30, 1917 in Lincoln, Nebraska, a son of Mart and Bess Thomas Weiss. He was owner and founder of Weiss "Do It Best " Lumber Company, a WWII Navy Veteran, and survivor of the attack on Pearl Harbor, an avid golfer, and a member of Perryville United Methodist Church. Mr. Weiss was the widower of Carol McLeod Weiss after 60 years of marriage.
He is survived by two sons, Jack Weiss, his wife Susan of Perryville, and Bill Weiss of Petit Jean Mtn; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be at a later date. Arrangements are by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton
