Roy Virgil Bodkin, Jr., age 60, of Perryville passed away, Friday, June 5, 2009. He was born December 18, 1948 in Jackson, Tennessee, a son of Roy Virgil Bodkin, Sr. and Ann Joy Webb. He was a House-keeper with Heifer International Ranch and member of Second Baptist Church of Perryville.
Survivors include his mother, Ann Joy Webb Bodkin of Perryville; sisters, Susan Smithpeters of Perryville, and Pat Anderson of Russellville; brother, David Bodkin of Perryville.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. Monday, June 8, at Perryville Second Baptist Church with Bro. Glen Alley officiating. Burial will be at Hope Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Perryville. The family will recieve friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday, June 7, at Second Baptist Church in Perryville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heifer Project or the American Cancer Society.
