MRS. VIRGINIA WALKER
Mrs. Virginia E. Walker, 99, Tulsa, Okla., former resident of Gentry, died Feb. 25 at Tulsa. Born March 30, 1876, at Mayfield, Ky., she was the widow of Alva Walker who died in 1963, and was a member of Gentry United Methodist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Erma Whiteside and Miss Ila Marie Walker, Tulsa, Okla., and Mrs. Opal Smith, Siloam Springs; one son, Byron Walker, Gentry; seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Gentry United Methodist Church with the Rev. David Driver officiating. Burial will be in Gentry Cemetery under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home of Siloam Springs.
