Anna Maria Brand, 27, of Garfield, died Sunday, Sept. 6, at Bates Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 24, 1965, at Burbank, Calif., to Ken M. Brand and Eugina Kent Brand. She moved to this area 2 1/2 years ago from Arkansas City, Kan. She was employed by Daisy Manufacturing of Rogers.
Survivors are three sons, Jeremy Peterman of Garfield, Mark Peterman of Perry, Okla., and Don Somers of Garfield; a daughter, Alisha Somers of Garfield; her father and stepmother, Ken and Sandra Brand; five brothers, Earl M. Brand of Garvy, Okla., Jeffery C. Brand of Arkansas City, Kan., Bob O. Brand of Denver, Colo., Troy M. Brand of Vail, Colo., and Samuel R. Brand of Garfield; two sisters, Rachel E. Southern of Arkansas City, Kan., and Regina L. Brand of Pea Ridge; and her grandmother, Geneva Brand of Wichita, Kan.
Funeral is set for 10 a.m. Thursday at Burns Funeral Home Chapel, Rogers, with the Rev. Marvin Stephens officiating. Burial is to be in Rogers Cemetery. Visitation is set for 5-7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
