GOODMAN, P.M. — After a lengthy illness P.M. Goodman passed away Wednesday of last week at his home a short distance north of town. He had been a sufferer from consumption for the past few years and had occupied a sick bed for six months. The remains were interred in the Fitzgerald cemetery Thursday, services being conducted by Eld. I.M. Phillips. Deceased was about fifty years of age and had resided here since early youth. He was a good citizen and was esteemed and respected by all. He leaves a sorrowing wife and a number of brothers and sisters.
