Denton 'Tooter' Bolinger, Jr.
HUNTSVILLE--- Denton "Tooter" Bolinger, Jr., 89, of Huntsville died Feb. 3, 2006, at Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab in Huntsville. He was born Jan. 2, 1917, at Wharton, to Austin Denton and Caldonia Dotson Bolinger. He was postmaster at Wharton Creek and a merchant and cattle farmer for 45 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Mae Fancher Bolinger, on March 29, 1976; one granddaughter; and one great-granddaughter.
Survivors include three sons, Jerry Bolinger and wife Cheryl of Hindsville, James Bolinger and wife Kathleen and Max Bolinger and wife Bobbie, all of Huntsville.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Butch Bolinger officiating. Burial will be in Wharton Creek Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Phil Bolinger, Steve Mosher, James Junior Bolinger, Craig Bolinger, Rick Cartmell, Ryan James, Darren Reynolds, Gregg Zody and Wayne Bolinger.
Honorary pallbearers wll be Meadowview Healthcare and Rehab employees.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

MRS. BONNIE BOLINGER
Mrs. Bonnie Mae Bolinger, 56, Rt. 5, Huntsville, died March 29 in Huntsville
Memorial Hospital. Born May 14, 1919, at Catalpa, she was the daughter of Grover C. and Tilda Burk Fancher and was a school teacher.
Survivors include her husband, Denton Bolinger of the home; three sons, James Bolinger and Max Bolinger, Huntsville, and Jerry Bolinger, Hindsville; three brothers, Jim Fancher and Sam Fancher, Kingston, and Burr E. Fancher, Lebanon, Ore.; one sister, Mrs. Monta Bolinger, Springdale; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in
Brashears Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Jimme McCutcheon and the Rev. Maurice Steele officiating. Burial will be in Wharton Creek Cemetery under the direction of Brashears.
