MORGAN, Priscilla PHILLIPS - Mrs. Priscilla Morgan, aged 81 years, died at the home of her son, John, at Afton, Okla. July 28, 1917. She was born in Bedford Co., Tenn. but spent her lifetime, since infancy, here. She married George Morgan 58 years ago and had seven children, they being: Mrs. M.J. Teachman, Mrs. Ann Boyd, Jake B., John, Nettie, George and Igo; all of whom survive except Mrs. Boyd and Nettie. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. Geo. Ward, Maysville and three brothers, B.C., Lee and L.A. Phillips. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the Methodist church and Rev. Jackson conducted the funeral July 30, the body having been brought here and laid to rest in Bethel cemetery. Sympathy is extended the bereaved ones.
