BENTONVILLE — Carol E. Chadwick, 61, of Bentonville died Nov. 7, 2005, at Northwest Medical Center of Benton County in Bentonville. She was born March 13, 1944, in Penns Grove, N.J., to Pershing Layfette and Ellen June Christopherson Ecret. She was a claims adjuster for Wal-Mart for 10 years. She moved to the area from Oklahoma and was a member of Jesus New Covenant Church.
Survivors include her husband, Myron B. Chadwick; one daughter, Sharla Rhea Marvin; two sons, Richard Blaine Marvin Jr. and Ronald Eugene Cole II; one brother, Tino Gamboa; one sister, Paula Yavone Showalter; two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Bentonville with Robert Perryman officiating.
Burial will be in Bentonville Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Tino Gamboa, Steve Showalter, Ronald Cole, Jeremy Walden, Jim Tucker and Myron Chadwick.
