Myrtle Adell Winchell, 91, of Hot Springs, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2011. Born in Hot Springs to Walter and Dorothy Hardin Hefley, she was a member of Airport Road Church of Christ and Secretary for the National Association of Retired Federal Employees for several years. She was predeceased by her husband, Howard Leon Winchell, son, Robert Leon Winchell and sister, Lorene Spiewek.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and John Wight of Haltom City, Texas, two grandchildren and one nephew.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday at Airport Road Church of Christ with Brother Jack Smith officiating. Honorary pallbearers are National Association of Retired Federal Employees and Members of Airport Road Church of Christ. Burial will be in Owensville Cemetery.
Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 p.m. Wednesday at Gross Funeral Home.
