Obituary
Aubyn Jo Nelson, 87, of Benton, formerly of Van Buren, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012, in a Benton nursing home.
She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Sallie Moss; a sister, Ina Lee Miller; and a brother, Fred Moss.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Gill Cemetery in Van Buren with burial at Gill Cemetery under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.
She is survived by her son, Richard Nelson and wife Darlene of Benton; a daughter, Kay Linda Akens of Van Buren; four grandsons, Doug Nelson of St. George, Utah, Tyler Nelson of Benton, Ron Akens of Russellville and Daniel Akens of the U.S. Army; a sister, Ethel Sharp of Springdale; a brother, David Moss of Arizona; and eight great-grandchildren.
