LINCOLN — Master Sgt. Richard Lee "Rich" Rodgers, USAF (retired), of Lincoln, passed away Jan. 8, 2012, at Combs, Ark., at the age of 60.

He was born Jan. 12, 1951, at Eglin AFB, Fla., to William A. and Edna Frances Rodgers. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a retired master sergeant with 22 years of service to his country in the U.S. Air Force.

He is survived by his wife, Toni Francine of the home; two sons, Jody Lee Rodgers and Dan Harrison Rodgers of Seattle, Wash., and their mother, Sherry Ann Rodgers of Fayetteville. He is also survived by two stepsons, Bucky Eugene Bowers of Anderson, Mo., and Jonathan Tyler Smith of Gravette, Ark. He had five grandchildren and marry nieces and nephews.

Graveside memorial services will be held Monday, Jan. 23rd, 2 p.m., at the Fayetteville National Cemetery, 700 Government Ave., Fayetteville, Ark.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter.
